New Japanese charcoal kushiyaki (skewer) bar in the Tanjong Pagar dining belt.
Helmed by chef Ryohei Adachi, formerly of Yatagarasu.
Skewers are grilled over open charcoal flames, from negima and tsukune to bonjiri and hatsu.
Also serves pork belly-wrapped creations and other charcoal-kissed bites.
Drinks programme built around Japanese highballs, sours and sake.
