Seoul tonkatsu and udon specialist Ojeje is opening its first overseas outlet in Singapore.
The restaurant is slated for Raffles City Shopping Centre in October 2026.
Its menu is expected to include wet-aged Jeju pork tonkatsu, handmade udon and kadaif prawns.
Time Out reports the Singapore space will reference Jeju through Korean art, vintage furniture and custom tableware.
