Tokyo-born hamburg steak chain Yamamoto's Hamburg is opening its first Singapore outlet at Lau Pa Sat.
The soft launch starts on 22 September 2026, ahead of the 5 October grand opening.
The menu centres on Japanese yoshoku-style hamburg steaks, including Yamamoto Hamburg with Gorgonzola and mushroom cream sauce.
Most hamburg mains are reported to be priced under S$20.
The brand was founded in Ebisu, Tokyo in 2005 and operates around 20 outlets in Japan.
